What you need

broccoli

tsp garlic powder
tbsp vegetable oil

lb chicken

tsp xanthan gum

tbsp no-calorie sweetener
cup water

cup soy sauce
tsp salt & pepper

tbsp red wine vinegar

tsp sesame seed

tsp avocado oil

tsp ground ginger
Instructions
First, prepare the sauce: mix all ingredients for the sauce (avocado oil, soy sauce, water, red wine vinegar, ground ginger, garlic powder, sweetener, xanthan gum) and cook on medium heat for 5-10 minutes. While the sauce cooks, prepare the chicken: toss the chicken pieces in 2 tbsp oil, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Air fry the seasoned chicken for 10-15 minutes at 400F. Once cooked, combine the chicken with the prepared teriyaki sauce. Serve immediately with cauliflower rice and broccoli.View original recipe
