Say “YUM” if you would eat these Cinnamon Roll Pancakes 😋🙌 What you need: 3/4 cup almond flour 1/2 cup Cottage cheese (I used low fat) 2 eggs 1 tbsp melted butter unsalted 2 tbsp sweetener 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp baking powder For the cinnamon swirl: 3 tbsp brown sweetener (I used truvia) 3 tbsp melted butter 1 tsp cinnamon How to make them: Combine all ingredients for the pancakes in a blender, pour into a pan on medium low with butter. Swirl in your cinnamon in a piping bag or ziplock. Cook for a few mins on each side & enjoy! Btw… I realized after the live that my issue was the hot plate. They cooked fine on the stove 👍
