What you need

oz cream cheese

pinch salt

cup coconut flour

oz unsalted butter

tsp cinnamon powder
egg

tsp baking powder

cup icing sugar

cup no-calorie sweetener

cup butter

tbsp swerve sweetener
Instructions
For the cookies: 1. Let butter and cream cheese soften. 2. Preheat oven to 350F. 3. Mix butter and powder sweetener. 4. Add 3 oz cream cheese, mix. 5. Add egg, baking powder, vanilla, 0.5 tsp cinnamon and salt, mix. Add coconut flour and mix. 6. In a separate bowl mix 3 tbsp granular sweetener and 1.5 tsp cinnamon for the coating. 7. Roll dough into 12-15 (2 tbsp) balls and then coat with the cinnamon mix. 8. Place balls on parchment lined baking sheet and flatten. (Shape them into cookies). 9. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes, enjoy. For the frosting: 1. Combine 8 oz softened cream cheese, 2 oz softened butter, 2/3 cup powdered sweetener, and 1 tbsp vanilla extract. Mix well.
