lb sirloin

cup broccoli

tsp red pepper flake

tsp xanthan gum

cup soy sauce
tbsp vegetable oil

tbsp truvia

tbsp garlic
Instructions
1. Whisk together all ingredients for the sauce & set aside. 2. Thinly slice your beef and season with salt & pepper. Add to a pan or wok on medium heat with half of your oil. 3.
