What you need

tsp salt

oz pork rinds

tsp smoked paprika

tsp onion powder

cup mayo
lb chicken tenderloins

tbsp worcestershire sauce

tsp garlic powder

tbsp black pepper
egg

cup tomato ketchup
Instructions
For the chicken fingers: 1. Blend your pork rinds until fine and add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to them. 2. Whisk the egg in a separate bowl. 3. Coat your chicken tenderloins first in the egg wash, then coat as heavily as possible with the seasoned pork rind mixture. 4. Add the coated chicken to your air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through. For the sauce: 1. Combine the mayo, sugar free ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl and mix well. 2. Serve the chicken fingers warm with the dipping sauce.View original recipe
