Preheat your oven to 375F. 2. For the chicken combine the cream cheese, cherry tomatoes & spinach. 3. Butterfly the chicken breast, coat with seasonings, oil & stuff the mix inside. 4. Secure with toothpicks and bake for 30-40 minutes. (Until internal temp reaches 165F) 5.
