Preheat your oven to 400F (200C). In a bowl, mix 1/2 an avocado with 1 cup of Parmesan cheese and one egg. Add your favorite seasonings to the mixture and combine well. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape the avocado mixture into fry-like sticks and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes. While the fries are baking, prepare the spicy protein mayo dip: In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of lite mayo, and 2 teaspoons of sriracha. Mix thoroughly.
