Crispy Parmesan Zucchini Chips

Say “YUM” if you would eat these Crispy Parmesan Zucchini Chips 😋🙌 How to make them: Thinly slice a zucchini. Add the slices to a colander with lots of salt & let sit for 10-20 mins to draw out the moisture. Pat dry, toss with oil and your favorite seasonings (I used ranch). Put them on a parchment lined baking sheet & cover each side completely with Parmesan. Bake @ 425F for 20-25 mins & enjoy 🙌
