Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400F. 2. Line a medium/small dish with greased parchment paper. 3. Add 2 low carb tortillas. 4. Fill with a 4 oz block of feta, 5 eggs, a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. 5. Bake for 20-22 mins & stir immediately so the heat from the eggs on the outer edges cooks the whites in the middle.View original recipe
