What you need

tbsp butter

jalapeno pepper

cup coconut flour
egg

tbsp shredded cheddar

oz cream cheese

cup almond flour

seasoning mix
Instructions
**For the Drumsticks:** Dip drumsticks in egg, coat with flour & season. Drizzle with melted butter. Air fry at 400F for 10 minutes, flip, then air fry for 10 more minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F. Alternatively, bake at 425F for around 30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165F. **For the Stuffed Jalapeños:** 1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Cut the Jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the insides. 3. Mix cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese, then fill each jalapeño half. 4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
