What you need

cup no-calorie sweetener

cup almond flour

cup cottage cheese

tbsp cocoa powder

tsp baking powder
Instructions
Blend 1 cup cottage cheese with 1 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup sweetener, 1/2 tsp baking powder and 2 tbsp cocoa powder until combined. Shape the mixture into cookies and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Add sugar-free chocolate chips on top of each cookie. Bake at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 15 minutes. After baking, remove the cookies from the oven and let them sit for about 15 minutes to ensure they firm up and donβt fall apart before enjoying.View original recipe
