Healthy Chocolate Cake
Say “YUM” if you would eat this Healthy Chocolate Cake 🍰🍫🍎 What you need: 1 Apple, peeled & cored 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1 large egg 2 tbsp sweetener (I used allulose) 1 tbsp peanut butter How to make it: 1. Preheat your oven to 350F. 2. Blend all ingredients except your peanut butter. 3. Pour in a greased dish and bake for 30-40 mins. 4. Take it out, warm up your peanut butter & drizzle on top. Enjoy! Pro tip: Adding a tbsp of peanut butter to the cake mix before baking will give it a less mushy and slightly more firm texture! You can even replace the apple with a banana for an even better texture 👍 By the way.. While most of the time I’m low carb, sometimes I make fun recipes like this to enjoy with my toddler ❤️
