Say “YUM” if you would eat these Healthy Cinnamon Pretzel Sticks 🥨😋 Ingredients: 1/4 cup Greek yogurt 1/2 cup almond flour, see notes below 1/4 cup sweetener, I used truvia 2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp baking powder For the coating: 2 tbsp butter, melted 2 tbsp sweetener 1/2 tsp cinnamon How to make them: 1. Mix all ingredients and knead the dough for a few minutes. 2. Roll into fry shaped sticks, spray with oil & bake @ 325F for 15-20 minutes. 3. While they cool down, melt your butter and in a separate bowl mix your cinnamon & sweetener for the coating. 4. Toss the sticks in the butter & cinnamon sweetener. Enjoy! For an easy frosting you can just mix 1/4 cup powdered sweetener with 1 tbsp milk, adjusting for desired thickness Pro tip: You may need to add a lot more almond flour, so adjust the amount until the dough can be kneaded into a firm ball
