Say “YUM” if you would eat this Healthy High Protein Apple Cake 🍰🍏😋 What you need: 1 Apple, cored & peeled 8 oz cottage cheese 1 large egg 1/3 cup sweetener (I used allulose) 1/2 tsp vanilla How to make it: 1. Preheat your oven to 350F. 2. Blend all ingredients & pour into 2-3 greased ramekins. 3. Bake for 20-30 mins. (Until a toothpick comes out clean) 4. Take it out, add your favorite toppings and enjoy! By the way.. the cooking time varies so much because it may need slightly longer to cook depending on the size of your ramekins 👍
