1. Blend all ingredients (strawberries, sweetener, and lemon juice) until smooth and then boil for 10 minutes. 2. Pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it into a thin, even layer. 3. Bake at 175°F for 4 hours. Take them out when they are no longer sticky to the touch. Flip the sheet over and carefully peel off the parchment paper. 4.
