What you need
egg

tbsp pepperoni

oz ground chicken

cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. On greased parchment paper, flatten your ground chicken into a large circle. Add your mozzarella & pepperoni. 2. Fold using the parchment paper and press the edges down. 3. Coat with the egg wash and Parmesan. 4. Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes. Serve with marinara sauce and enjoy.
