What you need

mustard

lb ground beef

cup low fat plain yogurt
tbsp dill pickle relish

pinch paprika

splash white vinegar

bunch veggie mix

low-carb tortilla

tbsp ketchup
Instructions
For the tacos: Spread ground beef on a low carb tortilla and top with salt, pepper & mustard. Fry it meat side down for a few minutes over medium heat. Flip it, add cheese, cover & cook until the cheese gets melty. Take it off, add the spread and veggies & enjoy! For the spread: Combine 1/2 cup mayo (or plain yogurt for less calories), 3 tbsp sugar free ketchup, 1-2 tbsp dill relish, a splash of white vinegar, a pinch of salt & paprika.View original recipe
