What you need

cup greek yogurt

slice cheese
lean ground beef

pinch pepper

pinch salt
tbsp dill pickle relish

tbsp ketchup

slice dill pickle chips

Instructions
1. Shape lean ground beef into a couple of patties. 2. Coat each patty with mustard, salt, and pepper. 3. Fry the patties for a few minutes on each side. 4. Add cheese on top of the patties, lower the heat, and cover until the cheese is bubbly. 5. Remove from heat. 6. Mix Greek yogurt, dill relish, and sugar-free ketchup to make the spread. 7. Add pickles and spread to the patties. 8. Use whole grilled onion slices as buns and assemble the burger.
