Instructions
First, prepare your homemade spread by mixing 2 tablespoons of sugar-free ketchup with 4 tablespoons of mayo and 1 tablespoon of dill relish. (You can swap the mayo for Greek yogurt for a more macro-friendly option.) For the ground beef, cook it with mustard, salt, and pepper until browned. To assemble the crunchwrap: 1. Cut a slit in your large low carb tortilla, going halfway up. Then, add your prepared spread on the entire tortilla. 2. Put the mustard-fried beef on the bottom left quarter of the tortilla. Place shredded cheddar on the next quarter, followed by the grilled onion slice and sliced pickles on the third quarter, and then cheese again on the last quarter. 3.
