Say “YUM” if you would eat this Italian Chicken Cheese Wrap with Grinder Salad 🤤 To make the chicken I just marinated bite sized pieces in Italian dressing and air fried it for 10 mins @ 400F. Overall it was decent but needed more seasoning. The cheese shell was just 1/3 cup shredded Mexican cheese that I cooked on medium heat in a non stick pan until the bottom turned golden brown. For the salad I didn’t measure anything but if I had to guess it was 1 cup chopped lettuce, a few spoonfulls of banana peppers & banana pepper juice, a splash of red wine vinegar, a chopped slice of ham, a few grape tomatoes & 1/4 cup mayo. Seasoned with oregano, salt, pepper & red pepper flakes.

To make the cheese shell, cook 1/3 cup shredded Mexican cheese on medium heat in a non-stick pan until the bottom turns golden brown. 4. For the grinder salad, combine 1 cup chopped lettuce, a few spoonfuls of banana peppers and their juice, a splash of red wine vinegar, a chopped slice of ham, a few grape tomatoes, and 1/4 cup mayonnaise. Season the salad with oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. 5. Assemble the wrap using the cooked chicken, cheese shell, and grinder salad.View original recipe
