This is a miniature version of a chicken crust recipe, perfect as a low-carb base for avocado toast or other toppings.

What you need

tsp table salt

tsp cayenne pepper

oz ground chicken

tsp pepper

tbsp shredded mozzarella

tsp onion

tsp red pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400F. 2. Mix ground chicken breast, shredded mozzarella, salt, pepper, red pepper, garlic powder, minced onion, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. 3. Add the mixture to a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape it into a 1/2 inch thick square. 4. Bake for 10 minutes. 5. Flip over, and bake for another 5 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165F. 6. Take out, let cool, add toppings of choice & enjoy! (If you want it to be extra crispy, you can throw it on the stove and pan fry in butter once it’s done).View original recipe
