What you need

cup nacho cheese sauce

tsp red pepper

tbsp pickled jalapenos

tsp black pepper

tsp table salt

tsp cayenne pepper
slice colby jack

tsp garlic powder

tbsp sour cream
Instructions
1. Season the ground beef with 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp red pepper, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, and 1/4 tsp garlic powder. Cook the seasoned ground beef on the stove until done, then set aside. 2. Cut the 2 slices of Colby Jack cheese into 3 pieces each. Lightly salt the cheese pieces. Place them on parchment paper and broil until the edges turn light brown. Remove from oven and let cool and harden. 3.
