Keto Candied Peanuts

A quick and easy recipe for delicious sweet and salty candied peanuts, perfect for a low-carb or keto snack.

What you need

tbsp unsalted butter

tsp vanilla extract

tsp salt

cup unsalted peanuts
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients except the peanuts in a non stick skillet over medium heat until the erythritol dissolves. 2. Add peanuts and stir for 2-3 minutes. 3. Remove from stove and pour into a rimmed baking sheet / Pan lined with parchment paper. Spread peanuts evenly with a spoon. (Be careful it’s very hot). 4. Allow to cool for 1 hour.
