Keto Cauliflower Tots

To make them I just mixed 1 bag of riced cauliflower (microwaved & squeeze dried with towel), 1/2 cup crushed pork rinds, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan, & lots of seasonings. (You can also add an egg so it’s easier to shape them). And then I shaped into tots and air fried at 400F for 10-15 mins!

Instructions
Microwave the riced cauliflower and squeeze it dry with a towel. In a bowl, mix the dried riced cauliflower, 1/2 cup crushed pork rinds, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan, and lots of seasonings. Optionally, add an egg to make shaping easier. Shape the mixture into tots. Air fry the tots at 400F for 10-15 minutes.View original recipe
