1. On medium low heat, add shredded cheddar to a pan and clear out a circle in the middle. 2. Add your egg to the circle. Season with salt and pepper and add your desired toppings. 3. Add more cheese around the egg and cover with a lid for 1-2 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt and the egg to cook. 4.
