To make the cheese shell: Lay 6 slices of mozzarella on parchment paper. Sprinkle shredded cheese over any cracks between the slices. Lightly salt the cheese. Broil until it starts getting light brown, or alternatively, bake at 350F for 5-10 minutes until lightly browned. Let the cheese shell cool completely. Once cool, flip it over and use it like a tortilla shell.
