Say “YES” if you would eat this Crème brûlée 😋 Ingredients: 4 egg yolks 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups heavy cream 5 tbsp sweetener Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 325F. Whisk egg yolks and vanilla in a bowl. 2. Pour heavy cream and 1 tbsp sweetener into a sauce pan over medium heat and whisk until it simmers. 3. Remove from the heat and combine with yolk mix slowly. Whisk until it’s combined. 4. Pour the mix into 4 ramekins and add them to a glass baking dish. 5. Pour boiling water into the dish just high enough to not get into the ramekins. 6. Bake for 30 minutes. 7. Remove from oven and take out each ramekin with rubber tongs and let chill for 3-4 hours. 8. Add 1 tbsp sweetener on top of each brûlée & torch until golden (or broil them). 9. Let cool and enjoy!
