What you need

tsp baking powder

tbsp icing sugar

cup almond flour

tsp ground cinnamon

tbsp heavy cream

tbsp swerve sweetener

tbsp cinnamon powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375F. 2. In a bowl, combine 1 cup almond flour, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup sweetener, 1 tbsp cinnamon, and 1 tsp baking powder. 3. Knead the dough for a few minutes, roll it out, and slice into bite-sized rounds. 4. Add the rounds to greased parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes. 5. Take them out of the oven, let them cool, then toss them in a mix of 2 tbsp sweetener and 1.5 tsp cinnamon. 6. To make the frosting, mix 3 tbsp powdered sweetener with 2 tbsp heavy cream or milk until it thickens. (Pro tip: If you don’t have powdered sweetener, simply blend regular sweetener). 7.
