ham

tsp olive oil cooking spray

oz cream cheese

cup mozzarella cheese

cup pizza crust mix
egg

tsp baking powder
Instructions
1. Microwave the cream cheese and Mozzarella for 1-2 minutes, mixing every 30 seconds. 2. Combine the melted cheese mixture with a beaten egg. 3. Add the rest of your ingredients (keto pizza crust mix, baking powder) and mix until well combined to form a dough. 4. Roll your dough between two sheets of parchment paper, spraying each side with baking spray. 5. Flatten the dough, cut out 2 rectangles, and add ham and cheddar cheese to the center of one half of each rectangle. Fold the other half of the dough over the filling, crimp the edges with a fork to seal, and air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 7-10 minutes until golden brown.View original recipe
