What you need
egg

cup marinara sauce

cup parmesan cheese

tbsp cooking oil

lb ground beef

low-carb tortilla

cup shredded mozzarella

pinch seasoning mix
Instructions
1. Cook ground beef, when finished, add marinara and switch heat to simmer until warm. Set aside. 2. Mix seasonings, ricotta, half of the Parmesan, and an egg in a bowl. Set aside. 3. In non stick or parchment lined baking dish add the meat sauce, tortilla, ricotta, meat sauce, mozzarella, parmesan & repeat . 4. Air fry at 400F for 10-12 mins. Slice into 4 squares.
