cup shredded mexican cheese blend

tbsp sour cream

tbsp unsalted butter

cup cooked chicken

low-carb tortilla
Instructions
1. Add your butter to a pan with your low carb tortilla on medium heat. 2. Mix your chicken with sour cream & hot sauce. 3. Add cheese, chicken mix, and then another layer of cheese to half of the tortilla. 4. Fold over the other half and fry for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. 5.
