Keto Low Carb Orange Chicken

A delicious and healthy low-carb and keto-friendly orange chicken recipe that can be air-fried, baked, or deep-fried, then coated in a sweet and tangy homemade orange sauce.

What you need

tbsp butter

tsp orange extract
oz chicken breast

tsp ginger

cup chicken broth

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp bbq sauce

tsp ground red pepper

cup almond flour
egg

cup coconut flour

tsp xanthan gum

tbsp rice vinegar

pinch seasoning mix
Instructions
1. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces, dip in egg, coat with flour. 2. Melt butter, coat pieces of chicken with butter, & air fry at 400F for 10 minutes flipping halfway through or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165F. (You can also bake at 425F for 45 minutes or deep fry them). 3. Blend together all ingredients for sauce, put in sauce pan over medium low heat for 3-4 minutes & then coat chicken with sauce!View original recipe
