What you need

tbsp cream cheese frosting

tbsp erythritol
egg

tbsp unsalted butter

tbsp blanched almond flour
tsp baking powder

tsp coconut flour

tbsp unsweetened cocoa

tbsp salted butter
Instructions
1. Melt the 2 TBSP butter in a mug or bowl. 2. In the mug, add the almond flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, coconut flour, baking powder, 1.5 TBSP erythritol, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well until combined. 3. Microwave for 1 minute 15 seconds. 4. Dump out on a plate and cut it in half for 1 serving, or eat it all straight out of the mug for 2 servings. Optional Icing: 1. Melt or soften 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp cream cheese. 2. Mix in 1 tsp erythritol. 3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before using.View original recipe
