What you need

oz skinless boneless chicken breast
oz pork rinds
egg

tbsp soy sauce

fl oz liquid stevia

tsp ginger

tsp orange extract

cup chicken broth

tsp xanthan gum

tsp ground red pepper

tbsp bbq sauce
Instructions
1. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces, coat in egg, pork rinds, & air fry at 400F for 10 mins. 2. Blend all ingredients (orange extract, chicken broth, soy sauce, ginger, red pepper, liquid stevia, rice vinegar, xanthan gum, low carb bbq sauce) and cook over medium low for 3-4 mins.
