tbsp dijon mustard

pinch salt & pepper

cup unsalted pistachios
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with foil. 2. Chop up your pistachios & set aside. 3. Combine Dijon with syrup, salt, & pepper. 4. Spread the Dijon mix on your salmon, press down into the chopped pistachios and coat all sides. 5. Bake at 400F for 12 minutes. 6. Let cool, & enjoy!
