Keto Pork Rind Chicken Fingers

I used pork rinds for the first time ever and can’t believe that I haven’t done them like this every time. It's a game changer!

What you need

fl oz cooking oil

oz pork rinds
egg

seasoning mix
Instructions
1. Add pork rinds to plastic bag and crush them up (I used a rolling pin), add seasonings into bag and mix. 2. Whisk egg in bowl. Then coat the chicken with egg, set aside. 3. Coat chicken with pork rinds evenly on both sides. I just use a spoon to put the coating on them and then spread it out with my fingers, flip, & repeat. 4. Either deep fry or pan fry in oil. Or drizzle the oil on each side of the chicken fingers and add to air fryer at 400F for 8-12 minutes flipping halfway through! Make sure internal temp is 165F and enjoy!View original recipe
