What you need

tbsp blanched almond flour

pinch salt

tbsp peanut butter

tbsp coconut oil

tbsp swerve sweetener

tsp vanilla
oz Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
tsp vanilla powder
Instructions
1. Line a muffin tray with 10 non stick cups. 2. Mix half of the ingredients for your chocolate, melt (microwave for 20 second intervals stirring each time), and pour into the muffin cups. 3. Mix all peanut butter ingredients and scoop out onto the chocolate in the muffin cups. 4. Melt the rest of your chocolate ingredients and cover the peanut butter in the muffin cups. 5. Freeze until the chocolate hardens and enjoy! Notes: I recommend eating these immediately upon taking out of the freezer. They donβt store well at room temperature and will melt!View original recipe
