Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425F. 2. Place the low-carb pizza crust on a non-stick baking sheet and add to the oven for 3-5 minutes to crisp up. 3. Remove the crust from the oven. Divide the crust mentally into two halves. 4. For Side 1 (Buffalo Chicken), spread buffalo sauce, then top with shredded cheddar and shredded chicken. Optionally, sprinkle with ranch seasoning. 5. For Side 2 (Pepperoni), spread marinara sauce, then top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. 6. Place the pizza back into the oven and bake until the cheese melts and is bubbly, approximately 5-10 minutes.
