What you need

cup no-calorie sweetener
egg

pinch salt

cup coconut flour

oz cream cheese

cup macadamia nuts

cup white chocolate chips

cup butter
Instructions
1. Let butter and cream cheese soften. 2. Preheat oven to 350F. Using an electric mixer, mix butter and sweetener. Add cream cheese, mix. Add egg, vanilla, and salt, mix. Add coconut flour, mix. Add the white chips and Mac nuts and mix. 3. Place dough on parchment lined baking sheet in balls of 2 tbsp each (should make around 15). Flatten. 4.
