Say “YUM” if you would eat these Lasagna Enchiladas 🤤🙌 What you need 3 low carb tortillas 3 oz cooked ground beef 3 tbsp cottage cheese 1/3 cup marinara sauce 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella How to make it 1. Set aside 1 tbsp marinara and 3 tbsp mozzarella. 2. Mix the cottage cheese, beef, remaining marinara and mozzarella. Roll it into your tortillas and place in a greased dish 3. Top with extra marinara and mozzarella. 4. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes. Take them out and enjoy!
