Instructions
1. Mix chicken thighs, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, sliced red onion, olive oil, and spices together in a bowl. 2. Marinate for 1 to 24 hours in the refrigerator. 3. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). 4. Place the marinated chicken mixture into a loaf pan. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. 6. Remove from the oven and transfer the chicken to a cutting board. 7. Slice the chicken and serve.
