What you need

tsp salt

tsp vanilla extract

cup erythritol

tbsp unsalted butter

cup pecan nuts
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients except the pecans/nuts in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until the erythritol dissolves. 2. Add pecans/nuts and stir for 2-3 minutes. 3. Remove from stove and pour into a rimmed baking sheet/pan lined with parchment paper. Spread pecans/nuts evenly with a spoon (Be careful, it’s very hot). 4.
