What you need

tsp salt

bacon

oz shredded cheddar

head cauliflower

tbsp cream cheese

tbsp unsalted butter

clove garlic clove
Instructions
1. Chop your cauliflower head into florets & boil for 7-8 minutes. 2. Drain, add back to the heat for a few minutes & let it cook out the moisture. 3. Add to a blender with butter, cream cheese, shredded cheddar & seasonings. 4. Pour out, garnish, & enjoy!View original recipe
