Spread on parchment lined baking sheet in a 8x4 inch rectangle. Bake for 8-10 minutes, flip over and bake for 5-7 more minutes. Take out and let cool. 2. Heat up meatballs & marinara separately, add to bun, cut in half length wise & enjoy! . . . Macros: Recipe makes 2 servings. Calories: 350 Fat: 26g Protein: 24g Net carbs: 5g Fiber: 1.5g . . .
