slice bacon strips

pinch seasoning mix

Instructions
1. First, prepare the cheese shells: bake 2 circles of shredded cheddar on a parchment-lined dish at 350F for 10-15 minutes. Take out and let cool for 1-2 minutes. While they’re cooling down, turn four cups upside down, add a butter knife between each pair of cups, and mold your cheese shell around the knife. Once it hardens, use as a hard taco shell. 2. Wrap your hot dogs with bacon and add to a skillet until cooked on one side. 3. Add your onions, jalapeños, and seasonings to the skillet until browned. 4. Continue rotating the hot dogs to cook bacon on all sides. 5. Add the cooked hot dogs to your prepared cheese shells along with your toppings (Pico de Gallo, Guac, Hot sauce) & enjoy!View original recipe
