oz shredded mexican cheese blend

onion

tbsp mayonnaise

tbsp ketchup
Instructions
Slice an onion super thin. Arrange the sliced onion between two piles of shredded Mexican cheese on parchment paper. Bake at 400F for 10-12 minutes. Take them out, let cool until they crisp up and enjoy! For the sauce, just mix 3 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp sugar free ketchup and 1-2 tsp of horseradish.View original recipe
