cup white wine
lb sea scallops

cup parsley
tsp lemon zest

tsp salt

Instructions
Rinse scallops and pat dry Coat with flour, salt & pepper Melt 3 tbsp butter on medium high Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds Add your scallops and cook 2-4 mins Make sure to turn the scallops often Transfer to a plate with a slotted spoon Stir wine into skillet juices for 3 mins Add remaining ingredients & stir Pour over your scallops, toss & enjoy!View original recipe
