Philly Cheese Roll Ups

Say βYUMβ if you would eat these Philly cheese roll ups ππ How to make it: Freeze a ribeye for 30 minutes & slice into thin pieces. Then sautee some diced onions and peppers in oil with salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar. Once the onions are translucent add your steak and turn the heat up a little. Once the steak is done, chop everything up. Then bake 4 slices of provolone on a parchment lined sheet @ 400F for 5 mins. Roll your chopped up meat & peppers into each slice. Serve with mayo or light mayo & enjoy!
