Instructions
For the meat: Mix ground beef with grated parmesan, Italian seasonings, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into patties and fry for 2 minutes on each side until cooked through. For the cheese base: Add two piles of shredded mozzarella to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Top each pile with pepperoni slices and more shredded mozzarella. Bake at 350F (175C) for 10 minutes, then broil for the last 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the pepperoni is crisp.
