Say βYUMβ if you would eat these Protein Breakfast Pinwheels ππ«π₯ There isnβt an official recipe for these yet but here is what I did: Mix 3 oz cream cheese, 2 scoops of protein powder, 3-4ish tbsp powdered sweetener (I used truvia) & some vanilla extract. Spread it on a low carb tortilla & top with mixed berries. Roll it tightly, brush with melted butter. & air fry @ 400F for 5 mins. Top with more powdered sweetener and some sugar free syrup & enjoy! Pro tip: If you use flavored protein powder, use a little less sweetener and skip the vanilla.

bunch berry mix
